This book has nice big easy to read print. BUT, it has dozens of misspelled words and grammatical errors, that make it hard to read. There isn't a single demonstrative picture. The imformation was okay, however the book could be greatly improved.
I have used a foam roller for many years and I love it for massage. I was therefore delighted to come across this new book by Jason van den Berg. It takes the reader through the basics and then on to the next level. It has a great range of exercises - from beginner to more advanced levels. This is an ideal book for the home exerciser. Jake

Haven't tried the techniques yet, but the book is easy to read, with a good balance of practical and theoretical.
Very informative book. I heard about foam rolling before but wasn't really sure what it is and what to do it for, now I know it's a form of exercise and has a lot of benefits for the body. I especially like the back exercises because I always feel some tension on my back especially after a long day of work. It relieves the aches and is very relaxing.
Although the text is explanatory, it does not show any moves. Not a "bible" by any means. Wasted money for me.
I never knew the positive effects of self mayofascial release until stumbling upon this book and i am so glad i did! All the tension points (along with the right exercise) is fully explained and detailed. Very well written and organized i had a hard time just trying to drop this book! Though you might have to read some parts over a couple times to fully perform the exercises it is definitely worth your time!
