I love this pad so much I have bought it for many friends. I use it to plan my weekly menu on the front and then on the back (it's just blank) I write my grocery list and continue to flip over to refer to my menu to write down groceries. I then take it to the grocery store and then put back up on my bulletin board to see all week. Love that it has a "grab bag" section for misc. stuff that I might want to make.

I have been getting very serious about meal prepping. At 33 years old I finally figured out how much easier it makes my life and how much easier it is to be healthy. I used to just go to the store and aimlessly buy things that I thought sounded good. At dinner time I didn't really have a plan for what to do with it all. I know it sounds silly, but just coming up with a plan on Saturday or Sunday and then sticking with it helps so much.I bought this and it's partner pad "All out of". I have both pads side by side when I plan my meals. I have my list of regular meals that I do and then try to chose one or two new recipes a week to try. I plan those for nights that we don't have swimming or basketball obligations. I systematically go day by day, writing down what meal we're having and then checking off any additional ingredients I need for it. That way when I get to the store I'm not frantically looking on Pinterest for what I need or just guessing and not having the right stuff. This has helped save me a lot of money by not having a ton of extra stuff that gets wasted. I also have time to prep some of the stuff during the day while my oldest is in school and youngest is napping.I had originally been inspired to meal prep by a health blog I follow. It helped motivate me to start and then finding these pads that keep it all within sight and easy to use has helped a lot. I also love the side area for breakfasts, lunches and grab bag. It helps plan my daughters school lunches and snacks for the week. If she tries to pull the "there's nothing to eat" line with me I point her to the pad where she was able to choose healthy snacks for the week! Meal planning has changed my stress level and family meal time so much. I started about 3 weeks ago and can't believe I waited this long!

I have to admit - the first time I saw this I was like....I don't need that. I can write it out by hand or print my own or whatever. But then I just gave in and bought the darn thing because feelings. And no kidding, it has made my life so much easier. My husband even looks at it occasionally and says things like "we're having chicken something tomorrow? Can I pull it out of the freezer for you?". He's going to be really surprised at the end of the week when it's his day to cook. I don't know...the calendar thing says so. I don't make up the rules?

Now my wife can write "I don't care", "I don't know", "Whatever you want" and "I have no idea" in the order she wants them!!In all honesty though, even though those are her answers, meal planning has been much easier with this. Since I am the cook, I write what we are having for the week and it's not a guessing game when I get off work as to what to cook. It's on the list, so it also makes grocery shopping easier!

LOVE IT! I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who is transitioning to being a vegan. He needs help planning meals so he doesn't get caught in the pit of "hangriness" and I wanted to give him a fun and easy way to do just that. The color is vibrant, the product was beautifully packaged and arrived fast. I immediately loved it upon arrival. He loved it the moment he saw it as well. I also love the fact that it has a magnet on the back. I did not realize that.The only change I would recommend to the manufacturers would be to give equal space to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I suppose dinner is the most anticipated meal at the end of a long day, but it seems silly to have breakfast and lunch without any dates, you know? Just our two cents.

I love this pad! I have been looking for a reliable meal planning tool (because I hate meal planning) and this was the best/easiest solution I could find! A few of my favorite things include:>the strong magnet on the back of the pad;>sections for breakfast, lunch, and snacks;>the week is set up from Sunday to Saturday (this may seem minor, but I really like this!);>little boxes to check if dinner is "dine in", "dine out", or "takeout.">there are enough sheets that I will only have to buy one pad a year (which I will be doing in the future)>my pad is yellow, which is my favorite color

I love this pad! I've been working harder on meal prepping and meal planning. I work in sales and am on the road all day and have been trying to be better about packing lunch and snacks etc. It's such a simple pad/outline, but it's been fun and effective to fill in every Sunday. It keeps me organized, and helps me track what I've been eating, as well as prepare for my future meals. If you're looking for a simple way to plan your weekly meals this is the thing! :)

I'd tried for years to do weekly meal planning but nothing really stuck until I got this pad. I think it's the simplicity that helps. Spend about 10-15 minutes sunday planning the meals for the week with the family and then go grocery shopping. Everyone one gets a say in the meals, we don't get stuck in a rut, and makes sure everyone knows what's coming up so no one eats a crucial ingredient ahead of time. Oddly having a written plan also helps with last minute changes so we can easily see how to shuffle the meals so food doesn't get wasted. Whole pad lasts about a year and I just bought my second pad.

I absolutely adore this notepad. It’s practical and helps me when I do my meal planning for the week. It’s also great because it’s magnetic so others can just check the fridge for what’s for dinner each night that week. I have given a few people this pad as a gift I love it so much.
